Cancellations, Returns or Order Support
At 321 Simple Creations, each piece is handmade and often made to order. Because of the custom nature of our work, personalized and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a production error has occurred. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural to handmade work and are not considered defects.
Non-Personalized Items
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing error. In that case, a prepaid return label with tracking will be provided and deducted from the refund.
- Items must be returned in original condition. Upon receipt, items will be inspected. Misrepresentation of condition, intentional damage, or improper packaging may result in a partial or full forfeiture of refund.
Personalized Items
Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items with personalized text, including names, dates, and quotes
- Items with custom images, including photos, clipart, or modifications to the advertised design
- Items with custom colors, including embroidery, gemstone, or enamel selections
If your item arrived incorrectly:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Include a photograph clearly showing the error.
- A corrected item will be shipped the next business day.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever comes first.
